Tiverton Market is a historic market built on what was originally the site of a Roman Camp.  Markets have been held here for Centuries.  The current refurbishment continues this proud tradition with a wide selection of high quality produce, all sourced locally and not limp and weary from food miles.

The Market building is host to a variety of themed markets, and is in use every day of the week, so why not come along and see what's happening?

Taste of the West in the Tiverton Pannier Market

Market produce at its best

One of the exciting things about the market is that you can talk to the stall holders. They are often the people that produce the goods themselves, so you can find out exactly what has happened to your goods.

Food is important, so why not celebrate it?

Well we have.  Tiverton Pannier Market has got some of the traders together in September to have a celebration of local food  and show their wares to all the public.

Some top quality stalls were in evidence and a huge variety of different local foods were in evidence.

We are keen to promote local efforts in the community, to this end, we are opening the office space in the upstairs part of the market for use by the local community.

The facilities that we are offering are a conference table for meetings, an IT suite is being put together with printing facilities and use of some office space for general usage. These are all available for local groups that lack these facilities.
